We had so much fun on our little mini vacation to Rapid City. Here is the play-by-play for our first day
We went to Dickinson and stayed there on Thursday night and woke up SUPER early (3am) on Friday and left for SD. Kale slept for the 4 hour drive and it was awesome. He woke up a couple times and said "we on vacation?" haha He was so funny.
The drive is so beautiful. LOVE it.
Roughlock Falls. One of my favorite parts of our trip. Breathtaking.

When we finally got to Rapid City, we went straight on to Reptile Gardens. Which I was really excited for but wasn't that impressed. We did see a alligator/crocodile show which was cool but otherwise...not too fun. BUT, Kale did have fun seeing the snakes and turtles!!
